  • A member of the U.S. Men’s Olympic Team, he was one of six players to play all 570 minutes of the 2000 Olympics, as the team advanced to the semifinals for the first time 
  • He also played every minute for the USA at the 2002 FIFA World Cup, meaning he played every second of the two most impressive tournament performances for the USA in the past 10 years
