Under-17s: Perez joined the U-17 MNT in the fall of 2013, earning three caps and an assist in 190 minutes of action. In 2014, Perez featured in 15 international games, earning 15 starts while tallying a goal and two assists. His goal helped the USA defeat Costa Rica 5-2 on Oct. 1. Heading into the CONCACAF U-17 Championship, Perez is off to a hot start in 2015 with two goals and two assists in two matches. Perez tallied a goal during the USA’s 2-0 win against Panama on Feb. 2 and scored the game-winning goal in the U-17 MNT’s 5-2 victory against Bermuda on Feb. 20. … Under-14s and Under-15s: Perez formerly represented the U-14 and U-15 Boys’ National Teams in 2012 and 2013. Perez is the nephew of National Soccer Hall of Famer Hugo Perez.

Perez formerly played in the Development Academy with Chivas USA, earning 20 caps during the 2011-12 season. In 2013, Perez headed to Europe to play for Fiorentina.
