U.S. head coach Jurgen Klinsmann has been praising the performance of Fabian Johnson in his role at left back for both club and country. This past weekend Johnson put a little bit of magic on display for Hoffenheim.
In scoring the first goal for his side in their 3-1 come-from-behind win against Hannover, Johnson takes a long-flighted ball out of the air and with his first touch loops it over the defender and puts himself through on goal. Unfortunately, the defender his victimized with this brilliant touch was his U.S. teammate Steve Cherundolo!
Stick to the end, and you'll also Danny Williams add the insurance goal for Hoffenheim's first win of the campaign.
