Today was a typical "day after game" schedule in that about half the team trained (those who played 45 or less minutes against Slovenia) and the other half (those who played more than 45 minutes) did regeneration work at the gym. The players had a chance to relax in the morning and many went to spend some time and have lunch with their friends and family, some of whom are departing back for the States. It was all business in the afternoon as the team resumed work towards preparing for Algeria. Several of the U.S. coaches went to matches within driving distance of the U.S. base camp today, taking in Ghana vs. Australia in Rustenburg and Cameroon vs. Denmark at Loftus Versfeld Stadium in Tshwane/Pretoria, site of the USA-Algeriga clash on June 23.
