Today's training session concluded with the first fitness runs of the January camp. Trust us when we say you do not want any part of these. Consider the fact that they're at the end of training as well. Not fun.
At least the pain was ameliorated by the fact it was Pan-Asian cusine day at lunch! What a nice change of pace from the usual chicken and pasta we so often see.
The guys will be heading to the gym this afternoon to round out the third day of camp. As for those fitness runs, they'll feature more throughout the camp. We're also putting together a video about off-season fitness routines and their importance for players coming in hoping to impress. Stay tuned for that one ...
