U.S. U-17 Men’s National Team Defeats the Netherlands


PARIS (Oct. 29, 2011) – The U.S. Under-17 Men’s National Team wrapped up the Val-de-Marne Tournament with a 3-1 win against the Netherlands on Saturday in Paris.

Guyllain Kabala opened the scoring for the U.S. with a penalty kick, and was joined on the scoring chart by Wesley Wade and DeAndre Robinson.

The U.S. closed out the tournament with three points after falling to France in the first match and Peru in the second. It was the second leg of a two-tournament European trip for head coach Wilmer Cabrera and his men, who traveled to France after competing at the 2011 AGS Cup in Spain.
