U-18 Men's National Team Loses to Venezuela, 1-0, to Open U-20 Tournament in Trinidad, Uruguay


TRINIDAD, Uruguay (August 1, 2008) The U-18 Men's National Team was defeated by Venezuela, 1-0, in the opening game of the U-20 International Tournament in Trinidad, Uruguay.

Dave Sarachan's team was undone by a second half Venezuela goal, which came in the 61st minute. The U.S. will next face Paraguay on Saturday, Aug. 2, before squaring off against hosts Uruguay on Aug. 3.
