HOW DO I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT STATUS?
As an Insider, you can make changes to your account status at any time within your profile. There are 3 types of status changes:
- UPGRADE: Select the Insiders Account & Billing tab on the left-hand side to select your preferred level.
- CANCEL AUTO RENEWAL: Select the Insiders Account & Billing tab on the left-hand side to select cancel.
- DELETE: Please send an email to insidersupport@ussoccer.org with the following: Name, email, zip code, and current Insider level (as shown on your profile).
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INSIDERS LEVELS?
Unlock more unique and exclusive benefits by upgrading to different Insiders levels. You can compare all Insiders levels in the table under the INSIDERS tab; click on the + to show all tiers and benefits. If you have additional questions about the circle level, please email circles@ussoccer.org and someone from our Development team will assist you.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY EMAIL?
In order to update your Insider Email Address, please send an email to insidersupport@ussoccer.org. Please make sure to include both your old email address and the new address you’d like to use. Once your email has been changed, you’ll be able to access your account with the new email and same password.
HOW DO I MANAGE MY INSIDERS BENEFITS?
Access your profile at any time to see what you get at the next level, or to cancel/modify your Insider level.
WHERE DO I FIND MY PRESALE INFORMATION?
You will receive an email the evening before your presale opens with your code and link to purchase tickets. You can also find your presale code in your Insiders Profile online and in the ticket center on the app the day your presale window opens.
HOW DO I EARN NEW CAPS/MY APP HASN’T UPDATED YET?
You can earn caps automatically through the U.S. Soccer App as long as you have location services enabled. We recommend opening the app at the stadium as this sometimes can expedite the

WHAT IS INSIDERS REWARDS?
Insiders Rewards is the newest U.S. Soccer Insiders program benefit that allows you to earn redeemable points by interacting through the Official U.S. Soccer app (watching content, completing your profile, etc.), attending matches, purchasing tickets, and buying merchandise from the U.S. Soccer Store! These points can then be redeemed for experiences, memorabilia, and U.S. Soccer swag.
HOW DO I JOIN INSIDERS REWARDS?
Download the Official U.S. Soccer App, tap “Join For Free” and fill out all the required fields. If you are an existing U.S. Soccer Insider, log in using your current email and password. Once you have signed up or logged in, check out the Insiders page to see what Insiders Rewards has to offer.
DO I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THE OFFICIAL U.S. SOCCER APP TO ACCESS INSIDERS REWARDS?
Yes, to participate in this Insiders benefit you must have the app downloaded on your preferred device and logged into your existing Insiders account.
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
Earn points by interacting through the Official U.S. Soccer app, purchasing tickets from Ticketmaster, purchasing merchandise from the Official U.S. Soccer Store and by attending matches. A full list of earning events can be found on the Insiders page by tapping on the “See All Ways to Earn” link.
HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS?
Check out the “Redeem” tab within the Insiders page to see the full list of available redemption items. Tap on the item to see product details, if you are ready to redeem tap Redeem Rewardat the bottom of the page, then enter the email/address that the item will be sent to, once all information is entered submitto claim your reward.
WHERE DO I SEE MY POINT HISTORY?
In the Official U.S. Soccer app, head to the Transactions tab within the Insiders page to see every point transaction you have earned/redeemed. You can view by month or by day. Please allow up to 7 days for points to appear, if they do not, please contact insidersupport@ussoccer.org with subject Insiders Rewards Issue.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MATCH ATTENDANCE POINTS?
You earn Match Attendance points when you earn a cap, as long as you have location services enabled for the Official U.S. Soccer app. We recommend opening the app in the stadium as this can expedite the process. If your cap has not updated in within 24 hours after the match, please complete the cap request form
IF I SPEND MY POINTS WILL MY INSIDERS TIER DECREASE?
No, your Insiders Tier is not dependent on your total amount of points. Your current Insiders Tier will determine how many points you receive upon first logging into the app.
WHY AM I NOT GETTING ALL MY POINTS FOR MY TIER?
The Insiders Tier Bonus points are staggered. In your points transactions each tier will display as follows: 200 for App Download (Standard Tier), 2800 for Premium Tier Bonus, 4000 for VIP Tier Bonus and 3,000 for Circle Tier Bonus to equal the total point value for your tier.
WHY ARE THE POINTS FOR MY TICKETS NOT SHOWING UP?
You receive 10 points per $1 spent through Ticketmaster purchases (up to $1,000 per match). When purchasing these tickets be sure to use the email associated with your Insiders account or the points will not display in your account. Please allow up to 7 days for these points to appear, if they do not, please contact insidersupport@ussoccer.org with subject Insiders Rewards Issue.
* You will not receive points for tickets purchased through secondary markets (Ticketmaster Resale, SeatGeek, AXS).
* You will not receive points for tickets purchased before the beginning of Insiders Rewards.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REDEEMABLE & LIFETIME POINTS?
Redeemable points refer to the number of points you have that can be used to redeem for U.S. Soccer experiences and memorabilia. Lifetime points refer to the total amount of points you have earned since the start of Insiders Rewards.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS I REDEEM FOR?
Once redeemed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you redeemed for an Experience, we will have you confirm what match you will be attending before sending more information. All Memorabilia and Merchandise will be sent to the address you entered during the redemption process.
PLEASE NOTE that due to COVID-19 there are delays in shipments. Our goal is to have these sent to you as safely and quickly as possible. We really appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
