Can I buy presale tickets before the general public?

Do children need a ticket?
Children two and younger do not require a ticket provided the child is sitting on someone’s lap and not occupying their own seat. All others require a ticket.

I would like to purchase in the section by the U.S. bench. What bench will that be?
Bench locations are always subject to change. The USMNT/USWNT may not occupy the home bench in a venue. If a map on a club/stadium website lists a home and away bench, this may not always apply for U.S. Soccer events.

Does U.S. Soccer have all-inclusive tickets?
In some instances, all-inclusive tickets are available and this description will be listed when purchasing the ticket(s). If the venue/local club has an all-inclusive ticket/section, this does not apply for U.S. Soccer events unless explicitly listed.

How can I purchase a suite?

How can I purchase ADA tickets?
To purchase ADA tickets, please click on the order page through ussoccer.com for the event you are looking to attend. For all U.S. Soccer controlled matches, ADA tickets are available through the primary purchasing page, which can be accessed through ussoccer.com To look for all ADA options, please look for the ADA or Wheelchair icon on the main page during the buy flow. If you have difficulty finding ADA seating on the primary purchasing page, please contact tickets@ussoccer.org.

How can I purchase a ticket in the Organized Supporters Section?
If you are interested in Organized Supporter tickets, please visit the ‘Match Hub’ page for the match you are looking to attend. Under Ticket Info and How to Purchase, you will find a link to purchase Organized Supporter tickets. If there is no link listed, tickets may not be on sale yet. Please contact tickets@ussoccer.org if you have additional questions on Organized Supporter tickets.

I am attending a U.S. Soccer match. Where can I find information on gates, parking, prohibited items, bag policy, merchandise locations, etc.?
Please visit the Match Guide on our website for the specific match you are attending. The Match Guide is usually posted on our website two weeks prior to the event and also emailed to purchasers in the week before the match. While every match is different, gates generally open 90 minutes prior to event start time. Parking lots generally open 4 hours prior to gates opening. Most stadiums use the clear bag policy and merchandise can be purchased at stands along the concourse, but please be sure to check the Match Guide for specifics, including prohibited items.

Can my group be mentioned on the videoboard?
Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill this type of request.

Can I or my soccer club walk out with the players or be ball kids?
While we appreciate your interest and willingness to participate as a player escort/ball kid, all positions are part of contractual rights to U.S. Soccer partners.

Are there any meet & greet or autograph/picture opportunities?
Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill these types of requests.

Can I purchase a match-used ball?
Subject to availability, match balls for home U.S. Soccer matches can be purchased at www.ussoccer.com/upgrade

How else can I make my match day experience memorable?
Please visit www.ussoccer.com/upgrade to purchase offers that may include pre-game field level access to watch warmups, a captain’s armband, post-game photo in the goal, post-game penalty kicks. All upgrades are subject to availability.

Is re-entry allowed at U.S. Soccer matches?
Fans may not exit and re-enter the stadium using the same ticket.

Does U.S. Soccer have any travel packages or airfare/hotel/rental car offers?
This is usually not offered for U.S. Soccer events unless specifically noted on that match page.

Can I volunteer at a U.S. Soccer event?
Yes! While the exact number of volunteers needed at each venue varies, we always love to work with volunteers to hold successful events. It is a great way to get involved with U.S. Soccer! If you are interested, please email events@ussoccer.org. Please note that some of these opportunities are away from the field of play and will prevent you from seeing the game. Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.

How can I request to sing the National Anthem at stadium events?
We encourage all fans to participate in the singing of our National Anthem at each event from the stands. Unfortunately, we are unable to fill individual requests for performances.

Is tailgating allowed?
Tailgating regulations vary from stadium to stadium, so please be sure to check the Match Guide to find fun filled activities to enjoy at U.S. Soccer's FanHQ before taking your seats.

How can I obtain a press credential for a U.S. Soccer match?

Are cameras permitted at U.S. Soccer events?
Cameras (still photography only) are usually permitted at U.S. Soccer matches but please note that stadium regulations take precedence and there are limitations on lens sizes. It’s recommended that fans refer to the prohibited items list on the Match Guide for the specific match they are attending. Cameras must not interfere with the game or other fans’ enjoyment of the game. Video recording of U.S. Soccer events is prohibited. Tripods or any other similar equipment that could be a tripping hazard are not permitted.
