How do I place a group ticket order?
You place a group ticket order by filling out the online order form which is found under the "Group Orders" tab on the Match Hub of each individual game listed on www.ussoccer.com/schedule-tickets or find the form for your desired game below:

What is the minimum number of tickets I need to purchase?
20 tickets per price level/location. Requests submitted that are below the minimum requirement will be rejected and you will not be notified.
What is the maximum number of tickets I can purchase?
There is no maximum limit. We will do our best to accommodate large requests.
Is there a difference in group ticket prices compared to individual tickets?
There is no difference in group ticket prices, but you benefit by paying a one-time 12% processing fee for the whole order rather than individual fees and taxes per ticket.
Are group ticket orders fulfilled after individual ticket sales?
No. Group ticket orders are fulfilled simultaneously with individual ticket orders.
Can I use presale codes to order group tickets early?
No. Presale codes do not apply to group ticket orders. The online order form opens on the same day and at the same time as public on sale.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and checks.
Please make checks payable to: U.S. Soccer Federation, Attn: Ticket Dept., 1801 S. Prairie Ave, Chicago, IL 60616. Mail it along with your form.
Will my tickets all be seated together?
Can I pick which section I’d like to sit in?
Orders are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis which is subject to availability. We cannot guarantee a particular section, but you are welcome to make a note on your form if there is a specific section you’d like to try to be seated in.
How do I know if my order was processed?
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Once payment is received and processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. If there is a problem with your submission or we cannot accommodate your request, you will be notified.
If I submit a request, is my order guaranteed?
No. Orders are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis which is subject to availability.
Can I add seats to my order?
Seats can only be added as long as your order has not been processed. Once your order has been processed, we cannot guarantee any additional tickets will be together with your original party. You are subject to an additional 20% handling fee each time you add tickets to your order.
