Bag Policy:
We strongly encourage guests NOT to bring any type of bag to GEODIS Park to expedite entry at the gates. If a bag is necessary, the bag (including all Diaper Bags) must meet the following criteria in order to enter the Stadium:
Bags must be CLEAR plastic, vinyl, or PVC and not exceed 12” x 12” x 6”. This includes clear cinch sacks, clear diaper bags, gallon Ziploc bags, etc.
Non-transparent bags, wallets, and cases must not exceed 4.5” X 6.5” even if you are placing it inside your larger clear bag.
Please Note: Non-transparent bags (4.5”x 6.5” or smaller) are still subject to inspection by security personnel at the gates.
Diaper bags must be clear and comply with the GEODIS Park Clear Bag Policy. Clear diaper bags that meet the Stadium’s bag policy specifications and accompany a child are permitted but are subject to search upon entry. Baby and infant care items such as bottled formula and small snacks may be brought into the Stadium; however, those items must be carried in a clear bag meeting the bag policy guidelines.
Camera bags and cases that accompany any permitted personal device must meet the clear bag policy specifications or will be denied entry.
Exceptions to the Clear Bag Policy will only be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection by security personnel. Please ask for assistance at the gate.
The Clear Bag Policy is in effect for all GEODIS Park events. Guests with non-complying bags can store their items for a nominal fee at a conveniently located bag check location outside of the Stadium.
Prohibited items:
GEODIS Park is a non-smoking, non-vaping, and tobacco-free campus. The use of any tobacco-based products, e-cigarettes, and vaporizers, inside of the Stadium or within the immediate gate plazas is strictly prohibited.
Additional prohibited items and behaviors at GEODIS Park include, but are not limited to:

GEODIS Park Security personnel will review all unique circumstances on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to deny access of items based on specific event requirements/requests and overall building policies.
Fans are encouraged to report inappropriate behavior to the nearest security personnel or GEODIS Park Team Member. Fans can also report inappropriate behavior by text message:

Uber, Lyft, or other rideshare:
The designated rideshare drop off and pickup will be available in Fair Park located at 2300 Bransford Avenue. Please note: All rideshare vehicles must access the Fair Park via Bransford ONLY. The GEODIS Park Rideshare area is separated into 3 zones: 1A, 2A, and 3A. For ease of pickup, guests will need to communicate their zone location to their respective drivers.

All GEODIS Park paved lots allow tailgating. Because of the limited parking space around GEODIS Park, tailgating is permitted only directly behind a patron’s vehicle and is subject to GEODIS Park rules. Management reserves the right to limit or restrict tailgating.
The following tailgating guidelines apply for all events:
Depending on how you purchased tickets, they will be accessible on Ticketmaster.com or U.S. Soccer Account Manager. You are also able to view and manage your tickets on the Official U.S. Soccer App.
Please note – U.S. Soccer is not responsible for ticket purchases, printing tickets, or resolving issues for any tickets purchased from a third party/broker/scalper.
U.S. Soccer Fans have a right to a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience, and U.S. Soccer is committed to keeping its games safe and comfortable for all fans. All Fans are expected to abide by this Fan Code of Conduct in addition to all stadium rules. Fans are responsible for reviewing both before arriving at the stadium The U.S. Soccer Federation has a zero-tolerance policy relating to harassment or discrimination on or off the field. This includes, but is not limited to, language, actions, or demonstrations based on an individual or group’s:
Fans are expected to:
Sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested. Not stand in aisles or obstruct others from viewing the game.
Cheer, sing, and otherwise support their team while remaining respectful and courteous to all players, referees, and other fans, including the opposing team.
Promptly return a ball that enters the stands.
Consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner.
Follow directions from venue staff regarding stadium policies and emergency procedures
Display good sportsmanship.
Prohibited actions at U.S. Soccer matches include, but are not limited to the following:
Fighting or physical violence of any type
Threatening, bullying, harassing or abusive behavior directed at other fans, players, officials, or staff members
Racial, sexual, xenophobic, sexist, obscene, abusive, and/or homophobic language (including on signs or visible representations), chants, or gestures or conduct
Causing damage to property
Indecent exposure or the wearing of obscene or indecent clothing.
Entering the field of play or throwing any items onto the field of play
Possession or use of any illegal substance
Selling food, beverages, promotional items, or merchandise of any kind
Match manipulation
Prohibited Items at U.S. Soccer matches include, but are not limited to the following:
Commercial or political messaging, including signage and apparel
Banners or any other item that could obstruct the view of other fans
Weapons of any kind
Pyrotechnic devices, smoke, fireworks, sparklers, etc.
Outside food or beverage
ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THE PROHIBITED ITEMS LIST ARE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF U.S. SOCCER AND MUST BE APPROVED IN ADVANCE.
Fans are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to any U.S. Soccer Staff Member or Stadium worker. Fans who choose not to adhere to these provisions may be subject to ejection without refund and revocation of future ticket privileges.
