U.S. Soccer takes pride in investing in the future of all 27 National Teams and is committed to scaling investment in our Deaf, Cerebral Palsy (CP), and Power National Teams. We want to ensure these teams have the resources, infrastructure, and support needed to compete and win on the international stage. Our priorities in 2026 are:
- Infrastructure: Develop specialized facilities at the Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Center, such as power chair charging stations and visual cues within locker rooms.
- Scaled Talent ID: Increase Deaf, CP, and Power National Team programming and collaborate with coaches and clubs across the country to identify talent and enhance our player pathways.
- Staffing: Increase our coaching and support staff by 65%, thus building a foundation for continued growth.
- Long Term Planning: Develop a business model for long-term sustainability and success of our programs.
- Bringing the U.S. Way to Life: Implement U.S. Way philosophies and program-specific strategies across all Deaf, CP, and Power National Teams.
