CONTEST DATES: Most Spirited Fan (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00 PM EST on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, and ends at 4:59 PM EST on Friday, February 27, 2026. Winner will be announced Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
HOW TO ENTER: Participants must submit a video showing them and their friend/fan group who are submitting an entry for the contest. Submissions must be made via the designated page https://www.ussoccer.com/most-spirited-fan-jim-beam. One entry per person/per group.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 21 years of age and older except for employees of the United States Soccer Federation, Inc. (“Administrator” or “U.S. Soccer”), Jim Beam, and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, and agencies (collectively “Contest Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Participants must enter all required information by visiting the designated entry page. Upon successful entry, participants will be entered into the Most Spirited Fan competition. All entries must be received by 4:59 PM EST on Friday, February 27, 2026. Late entries or entries sent via any other method than stated above will not be accepted. Only one entry per participant will be accepted. Each entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the natural person who submits the entry. No software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro, or other automated entries are permitted. All entries submitted in accordance with these Official Rules are eligible to win. Entries become the property of the Administrator and will not be returned. Participants must follow the instructions provided on the signup page and comply with these Official Rules to be eligible to receive a place in the top three. Participants must follow the directions provided and otherwise be bound by and follow these Official Rules to be eligible. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance and agreement to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and U.S. Soccer’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
SELECTION OF WINNERS: U.S. Soccer will select three finalists based on which submissions best represent the dedication, passion and heart of the U.S. Soccer fandom. U.S. Soccer and Jim Beam staff will then select the winner of the three finalists. The winner(s) will be notified via email on or around Friday, March 13, 2026.
PRIZE: The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of any prize is based on available information provided to U.S. Soccer, and the value of any prize awarded to a Contest winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. The winner will receive: Match tickets to the USMNT vs Belgium match on Saturday, March 28, 2026. Winners will receive U.S. Soccer merchandise and onsite match experiences. Approximate retail value: $6,000 No prize substitutions or transfers allowed. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
Participants must follow these Official Rules to be eligible to receive a prize in connection with any Contest. If a Contest prize recipient is determined to be ineligible, U.S. Soccer may, in its sole and absolute discretion, not give away the goods or may give the goods to the next eligible Participant. Except for Winner Information, U.S. Soccer will not keep or store your information or use it for any purpose other than sending your giveaway item(s) or providing you information on receiving the item(s) or as otherwise provided in these Official Rules. Contest are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules or regulations and these Official Rules.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
Travel dates shall be determined by U.S. Soccer, in U.S. Soccer’s sole discretion, at a date later than the publication of these Official Rules. Travel must be taken on dates specified by U.S. Soccer (and communicated to the potential winner at the time of prize notification), in its sole discretion; no alternative travel dates will be offered. If the Winner is unable to attend the Match or travel on the specified travel dates, the prize will be forfeited, and U.S. Soccer shall have no further obligation to Winner. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and change, in U.S. Soccer’s sole discretion. Winner must use U.S. Soccer’s designated travel agent for all trip arrangements. Selection of airline, flights, seating on flights and hotel are solely within U.S. Soccer’s discretion. Government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport, or other transportation terminal (or other types of transportation) restrictions and regulations and other restrictions may apply. U.S. Soccer assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended, or rescheduled events (including, but not limited to airline flights) or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations beyond its reasonable control. Winner will be required to provide a credit card prior to hotel check-in and is solely responsible for all incidental charges and may be required to sign an additional liability release for the use of the accommodations. Winner’s guest (or if a minor, their parent or legal guardian who must be the winner) may be required to sign and return a travel release before any ticketing or travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., Real ID or passport) required for travel. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Once the guest is selected, they may not be substituted, except at U.S. Soccer 's sole and absolute discretion. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance), at their option, and hereby acknowledge that U.S. Soccer has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Lost, stolen, or damaged airline tickets or any other prize element will not be replaced or exchanged. In the event, the Winner and/or the guest misses a scheduled airline flight (through no fault of U.S. Soccer or Contest Parties or due to Force Majeure), U.S. Soccer will have no liability for any costs associated with changing or rebooking transportation. At any time during the prize experience, the Winner and/or their guest engage in behavior that is illegal, obnoxious, non-sportsmanlike or disruptive or with intent to annoy, abuse threaten or harass any other person (as determined by the U.S. Soccer, the other Contest Parties, or another applicable representative, in their sole discretion), the applicable party reserves the right to terminate the trip, prize or other prize-related experience early, in whole or in part, and send Winner and their guest home with no further compensation.
All members of the winning group must be at least 21 years of age. Minors are not permitted to participate in or accompany the winning group during any part of the prize event. Match is subject to change. No responsibility is assumed by U.S. Soccer if the Match is canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled and Winner will not receive compensation from U.S. Soccer in the event of such a delay, postponement, or cancellation. Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including but not limited to terms regarding any rescheduling or cancellation of the Match. Tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture. Winner and their guest may be required to produce government-issued identification prior to entering the Match. Winner and guest agree to comply with all relevant ticketing terms and conditions of use and regulations issued by U.S. Soccer and venue and event regulations in connection with the prize. U.S. Soccer and/or the venue operators reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the Winner and/or guest who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the Match. The Contest Parties (defined in Section 8) will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their reasonable control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of, or the restriction on fans attending, the Match.
GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSIONS:
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: By entering, participants grant U.S. Soccer the non-exclusive, perpetual right to use, publish, and display their name, voice, image and likeness as well as their submissions for promotional purposes without compensation. Entrants must affirm that their submission is their original work and does not infringe on the rights of others.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: U.S. Soccer is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or any damages incurred as a result of participation. By entering, participants release U.S. Soccer from any claims related to the contest.

CHOICE OF LAW: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to a Contest and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof.
WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY PARTICIPATING IN A CONTEST, EACH PARTICIPANT RELEASES ADMINISTRATOR AND CONTEST PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES OR LIABILITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO SUCH PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST BY ACCEPTING A PRIZE, PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) THAT THE ADMINISTRATOR AND CONTEST PARTIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY WINNER AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST; FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF PRIZE; AND (2) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE CONTEST, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES; AND (4) PARTICIPANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
ARBITRATION: As a condition of participating in any Contest, each Participant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims, controversies or causes of action arising out of or relating to any Contest, or any prizes awarded (each, a “Claim”), shall be (i) arbitrated on an individual basis only, and shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a Claim of any other party, and (ii) settled by binding arbitration in New York County, New York before a single arbitrator appointed by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its then governing rules and procedures, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof; and (b) under no circumstance will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in that State.
VALIDITY: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Participants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on an applicable website and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Administrator’s sole and absolute discretion. Administrator reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest. In the event that the Contest is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Administrator reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Contest or to disqualify participants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, the Released Parties shall have no liability to any participants who are disqualified due to such an action.
