All bags entering Subaru Park must be clear. Along with this policy, and in conjunction with the Major League Soccer directives and out of concern for the safety of our Guests and employees, the following are prohibited:

Stadium management has a right to reject any other item or action deemed dangerous or inappropriate.
In addition, all bags will be subject to search upon entry. The bag restriction will not apply to credentialed media, who will continue to enter MLS stadiums through designated entrances and adhere to all posted media bag policies and screenings. However, as has always been the case at Subaru Park, all media bags will continue to be searched upon entry.
**Special considerations will be made for guests with special medical needs and parents caring for infants.

- Take 95 South to exit 8 Stewart Avenue/Route 291.
- Take left off exit ramp onto Stewart Avenue
- Take right onto Route 291 west (2nd Street)
- Take left onto Norris Street
- Proceed straight to Lot A parking
From Philadelphia and points North to Lots B
- Take 95 South to Exit 4 - Commodore Barry Bridge/322 East/291
- Take exit for Chester Waterfront
From points East to official Philadelphia Union Lots
- Cross Commodore Barry Bridge into Pa. and take the immediate first exit on right (US13/9th Street)
- At exit, stay to the left as it curves around to Flower Street
- Follow Flower Street and make a left onto 2nd street for Lot A or cross 2nd Street for all other lots.
From points West to official Philadelphia Union Lots
- Take Route 322 East Merge onto 95 North
- Travel 3/4 mile
- Take Exit 4 - Commodore Barry Bridge/322 East/291
- Take exit for Chester Waterfront
- Take right at bottom of the ramp to all lots except Lot A
From points South to official Philadelphia Union Lots
- From Delaware and points South
- Take 95 North to Exit 4 - Commodore Barry Bridge/322 East/291
- Take exit for Chester Waterfront
- Take right at bottom of ramp to all lots except Lot A.
- Travel .07 miles straight on Highland Avenue and follow signs to all lots
To get to Subaru Park, take the SEPTA Wilmington/Newark Regional Rail line to the Chester Transportation Center (6th & Welsh Street). There will be a free shuttle service to Subaru Park (for Philadelphia Union matches) and back, with service beginning four hours prior to game time. Shuttle service is not available for non-Union events at Subaru Park.
Shuttles returning to the Chester Transportation Center will be parked along Seaport Drive on the north side of Subaru Park (just west of the intersection of Seaport and Reaney Streets, at the same location you will be dropped off at before matches). Shuttles will run until everyone has left Subaru Park. A last call announcement will be made when it appears all fans have departed.
- Tailgating is allowed but space will be very limited as cars will be parked next to each other upon arrival
- A parking permit is valid for one (1) parking space only
- Trailers of any kind are not permitted in Subaru Park lots
Your tickets will be accessible on Sign In | Philadelphia Union. Please note – U.S. Soccer is not responsible for ticket purchases, printing tickets, or resolving issues for any tickets purchased from a third party/broker/scalper.
U.S. Soccer Fans have a right to a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience, and U.S. Soccer is committed to keeping its games safe and comfortable for all fans. All Fans are expected to abide by this Fan Code of Conduct in addition to all stadium rules. Fans are responsible for reviewing both before arriving at the stadium The U.S. Soccer Federation has a zero-tolerance policy relating to harassment or discrimination on or off the field. This includes, but is not limited to, language, actions, or demonstrations based on an individual or group’s:
- Race
- Religion
- Sexual Orientation
- National Origin
- Gender
- Political Views
- Disability
- Age
Fans are expected to:
- Sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested. Not stand in aisles or obstruct others from viewing the game.
- Cheer, sing, and otherwise support their team while remaining respectful and courteous to all players, referees, and other fans, including the opposing team.
- Promptly return a ball that enters the stands.
- Consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner.
- Follow directions from venue staff regarding stadium policies and emergency procedures
- Display good sportsmanship.
- Prohibited actions at U.S. Soccer matches include, but are not limited to the following:
- Fighting or physical violence of any type
- Threatening, bullying, harassing or abusive behavior directed at other fans, players, officials, or staff members
- Racial, sexual, xenophobic, sexist, obscene, abusive, and/or homophobic language (including on signs or visible representations), chants, or gestures or conduct
- Causing damage to property
- Indecent exposure or the wearing of obscene or indecent clothing.
- Entering the field of play or throwing any items onto the field of play
- Possession or use of any illegal substance
- Selling food, beverages, promotional items, or merchandise of any kind
- Match manipulation
Prohibited Items at U.S. Soccer matches include, but are not limited to the following:
- Commercial or political messaging, including signage and apparel
- Banners or any other item that could obstruct the view of other fans
- Weapons of any kind
- Pyrotechnic devices, smoke, fireworks, sparklers, etc.
- Outside food or beverage
ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THE PROHIBITED ITEMS LIST ARE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF U.S. SOCCER AND MUST BE APPROVED IN ADVANCE.
Fans are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to any U.S. Soccer Staff Member or Stadium worker. Fans who choose not to adhere to these provisions may be subject to ejection without refund and revocation of future ticket privileges.
