LEARNING PLATFORM

Summary

This Learning Platform from Women Win provides a combination of research and learning opportunities, all focused on creating equitable and inclusive spaces for women and girls in sport. The platform includes:

  1. Beyond Representation – Examines how inclusion in sport must go beyond participation metrics to address leadership, policy, and decision-making power for women and marginalized genders.
  2. Empowering Her Game – Explores how gender-responsive policies, programs, and leadership pathways can transform sport into a more inclusive space for all women and girls.
  3. More Obstacles than Achievements – Analyzes the ongoing challenges and intersectional barriers facing women and girls in sport, with recommendations for systemic reform and community-led approaches.
  4. Breaking Barriers Academy - Open-source toolkit that Women Win developed together with Common Goal, Soccer Without Borders, 17Sport and adidas to support growth and development for all those working to advance equity and inclusion through sport.
