The WNT is finally back in the USA! The team's first stop was in Los Angeles at L.A. Live for a fan rally on Tuesday.  More than 10,000 fans gathered to show their support for the World Champions, some getting there as early as 4:30 AM.  Midfielder Megan Rapinoe and forward Amy Rodriguez stole the show when they stepped in as emcees to introduce each of the 23 players. Other players that spoke included Golden Glove winner Hope Solo, Golden Ball winner Carli Lloyd, legendary forward Abby Wambach, veteran defender Christie Rampone, and the impressive backline made up by Meghan Klingenberg, Julie Johnston, Becky Sauerbrunn and Ali Krieger.


Next up for the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup Champions is a a pair of friendly matches against Costa Rica on Aug. 16 and Aug. 19 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Chattanooga, Tennessee, respectively, before embarking on a nationwide celebration tour (details to be announced).
