This week’s episode of “The U.S. Soccer Podcast” saw Jordan Angeli and Charlie Davies sit down with U.S. Soccer Chief Medical Officer George Chiampas to discuss the U.S. Soccer PLAY ON campaign. PLAY ON was created to inform, educate and assist in the process of organized soccer retuning to play across the nation during the COVID-19 pandemic and provides recommended guidelines and best practices for all soccer players, coaches, parents, administrators and referees.

Along with outlining the PLAY ON initiative, Dr. Chiampas shared insights into his sporting background and experiences working as an attending physician in the Emergency Department, and provided guidance on how individuals of all ages can play a role in return to play.
