CHICAGO (Jan. 9, 2022) – U.S. Men’s National Team head coach Gregg Berhalter has added defender Auston Trusty to the roster for the 2022 BioSteel January Training Camp. He will join the group in Phoenix, which now totals 20 players.

Trusty, 23, earns an invite to the second-straight USMNT camp, having been a part of the USMNT’s record-setting 1-0 win against Bosnia and Herzegovina on Dec. 18, 2021, in Carson, Calif.

The January Training camp opened Saturday and runs through Jan. 21 and will include several closed-door scrimmages. The team’s roster for the World Cup Qualifying camp in Columbus – which will include both domestic and European-based players - will be finalized at the end of the training camp.
