Sweeten the Fandom Candy for a Year Sweepstakes — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules. CHANCE OF WINNING DEPENDS ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

SWEEPSTAKES DATES

The Sweeten the Fandom Candy for a Year Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 8:00 AM ET on May 10, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on June 6, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Winner(s) will be notified on or around June 15, 2026.

HOW TO ENTER

During the Entry Period, participants may enter the Sweepstakes via any of the following methods. No purchase necessary to enter or win. All entry methods will be treated equally for purposes of winner selection.

Method 1 – Online Entry: [ussoccer.com/sweeten-the-fandom]. Visit the official Sweepstakes landing page on ussoccer.com (the “Landing Page”) and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your message of support for the U.S. Men’s National Team (USMNT). Complete all required fields and submit. One (1) entry will be recorded per valid online submission. By submitting a video message on the Landing Page, participants also consent to the potential use of their video content by U.S. Soccer on its owned and operated channels and, where applicable, in-stadium, as further described in the Intellectual Property section below.

Method 2 – On-Site Handwritten Message: Visit the designated activation footprint at a participating Sweepstakes event location and submit a handwritten message of support for the USMNT by affixing it to the designated message wall. Booth attendants will capture and log your entry. One (1) entry will be recorded per valid handwritten submission.

Entries to this Sweepstakes are independent of, and may be submitted in addition to, entries to the U.S. Soccer x Ferrara Sweeten the Fandom Flyaway Sweepstakes. A single qualifying message of support submitted via any of the methods above will be entered into both Sweepstakes; no separate entry is required.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except for employees of the United States Soccer Federation, Inc. (“Administrator” or “U.S. Soccer”), Ferrara Candy Company (“Ferrara”), and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, and agencies (collectively “Sweepstakes Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. To be eligible, entrants must provide their first name, last name, age, email address, and a valid U.S. mailing address (P.O. boxes not accepted) at the time of submission. Entries that do not include this required information may be deemed ineligible. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of and

agreement to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and U.S. Soccer’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Entrants may be required to provide proof of eligibility, including age and residency, prior to prize award.

SELECTION OF WINNERS

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected by U.S. Soccer by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The random drawing will take place on or around June 15, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via the contact information provided at entry. The potential winner must respond and confirm eligibility within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or the notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries at U.S. Soccer’s sole discretion.

PRIZE

There is one (1) Grand Prize available. The Grand Prize consists of an approximate one (1) year supply of Ferrara candy (the “Candy Supply”), totaling fifty-two (52) bags, one per week, of candy delivered as follows:

Seventeen (17) bags of Trolli (5 oz. per bag);

Seventeen (17) bags of SweeTARTS Ropes (5 oz. per bag); and

Eighteen (18) bags of Nerds Gummy Clusters (8 oz. per bag).

The Candy Supply will be fulfilled by Ferrara (or its designated fulfillment partner) and shipped to the winner’s verified U.S. mailing address provided at entry. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $185.00 USD. All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize not expressly stated herein, are the sole responsibility of the winner. No cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at U.S. Soccer’s sole discretion. Specific products, flavors, and packaging configurations are subject to availability and may be substituted by U.S. Soccer or Ferrara with comparable product of equal or greater value at their sole discretion.

The value of the prize awarded to the winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by applicable law. All expenses not specifically enumerated above are solely at the winner’s expense.

PRIZE CONDITIONS

Delivery of the Candy Supply will be made to a single U.S. shipping address designated by the winner during prize claim. Shipments will be made on a delivery cadence to be determined by Ferrara in its sole discretion (which may include weekly, monthly, quarterly, or single-shipment delivery). The Candy Supply must be claimed by the winner via the prize claim process and shipping address confirmation within thirty (30) days of winner notification, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at U.S. Soccer’s sole discretion.

Risk of loss and title to the Candy Supply pass to the winner upon confirmed delivery to the carrier. U.S. Soccer and Ferrara assume no responsibility for shipments that are lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or undeliverable, or for any acts or omissions by carriers or other third parties providing prize-related services. Shipments returned as undeliverable will not be re-sent and the corresponding portion of the prize will be forfeited. The winner is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is

accurate and capable of receiving deliveries; address changes after the initial confirmation may be accommodated at Ferrara’s discretion but are not guaranteed.

By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that the products contain ingredients that may cause allergic reactions and agrees to use, consume, or distribute the Candy Supply at their own risk. Winner is solely responsible for reviewing all product packaging, ingredient lists, allergen warnings, and applicable consumption guidance.

Prizes may not be resold or offered for resale. The Sweepstakes Parties will not be responsible for product recalls, supply chain disruptions, work stoppages, weather conditions, acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy, epidemic, pandemic, or any other event outside of their reasonable control that may cause delay in or non-delivery of the Candy Supply.

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSIONS

Submissions must be original, and entrants must have all rights to any content included.

No use of copyrighted material or imagery without permission.

Submissions must not contain inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, or harmful content.

On-site video testimonials captured at the activation booth and submitted via the dedicated landing page may be edited, cropped, or combined with other content by U.S. Soccer for use on its owned and operated channels and potentially in-stadium at U.S. Soccer’s sole discretion.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

By entering the Sweepstakes (whether online or on-site), participants grant U.S. Soccer and Ferrara a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to use, publish, reproduce, edit, adapt, display, and distribute their name, voice, image, and likeness, as well as their submissions (including but not limited to digital messages, on-site video recordings, and handwritten messages), for promotional, marketing, and editorial purposes across any and all media (including owned digital channels and in-stadium display) without compensation. Entrants affirm that their submission is their original work, does not infringe on the rights of any third party, and that they have obtained all necessary consents for any persons appearing in their submission.

DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants understand and agree that the personal information they submit (including, without limitation, first and last name, age, email address, mailing address, and any submission content) will be collected and processed by U.S. Soccer, as Administrator, for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, conducting the random drawing, fulfilling the prize, complying with applicable law, and the other purposes described in U.S. Soccer’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.ussoccer.com/privacy-policy and incorporated herein by reference. U.S. Soccer may share entrant personal information with Ferrara and its designated fulfillment partner(s) solely as necessary to fulfill and ship the prize, and with U.S. Soccer’s service providers, agents, and contractors as needed to administer the Sweepstakes. Entrant personal information will be retained only for so long as is necessary to administer the Sweepstakes and to comply with applicable record-retention obligations.

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights regarding their personal information under applicable state privacy laws. To exercise any such rights, or to ask questions about U.S. Soccer’s privacy

practices, please refer to the contact information and instructions set forth in U.S. Soccer’s Privacy Policy. To the extent of any conflict between these Official Rules and U.S. Soccer’s Privacy Policy with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of entrant personal information, U.S. Soccer’s Privacy Policy shall control.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

U.S. Soccer is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or any damages incurred as a result of participation in the Sweepstakes. By entering, participants release U.S. Soccer and the Sweepstakes Parties from any and all claims related to the Sweepstakes.

WINNERS LIST

To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: U.S. Soccer Sweeten the Fandom Candy for a Year Sweepstakes, 400 Veterans Parkway, Fayetteville, GA 30214. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days of the close of the Entry Period.

CHOICE OF LAW

Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions.

WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, EACH PARTICIPANT RELEASES THE ADMINISTRATOR AND SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR LIABILITIES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO SUCH PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. BY ACCEPTING A PRIZE, PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) THE ADMINISTRATOR AND SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY WINNER AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES; FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF ANY PRIZE (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY ALLERGIC REACTION, ILLNESS, OR OTHER ADVERSE HEALTH EFFECT ARISING FROM CONSUMPTION OF THE CANDY SUPPLY); AND (2) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES; AND (4) PARTICIPANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

ARBITRATION

As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each Participant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims, controversies, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded (each, a “Claim”), shall be (i) arbitrated on an individual basis only, and shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a Claim of any other

party, and (ii) settled by binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois before a single arbitrator appointed by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its then-governing rules and procedures, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof; and (b) under no circumstance will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, U.S.A., applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in that State.

VALIDITY

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Participants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail and govern. Administrator reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.
