Your Insiders tier on March 14 at 11:59pm is the tier that will be recognized for the Insiders ticket draw. If you believe your membership start date or tier is incorrect, please submit an inquiry here. We will ensure membership dates and tiers are accurate before the application closes.
Your Insiders tier when the application closes is the tier that will be recognized for the Insiders ticket draw.
Insiders may select two (2) or four (4) tickets for their desired matches, selecting one ticket category (Category 1, 2, or 3) per match. The ticket application form will be open from March 9 to March 14. If selected, Selected Applicants winners will receive a purchase link to complete their order at the end of March. Exact seat locations cannot be selected, as seating within each category is assigned at the time of ticketing. Please note that submission of an application does not guarantee selection. Ticket prices reflect FIFA’s base price plus a 10% processing upcharge.
Step 1: Confirm eligibility
You must be an eligible U.S. Soccer Insider in one of the following tiers:
Premium, Premium Family, VIP, Supporters Circle, Captains Circle, Keepers Circle, Coaches Circle, or Presidents Circle.
Step 2: Watch for the application
On March 9, you’ll receive an email from U.S. Soccer with a link to the live application. Click on the official ticket draw application link.
Step 3: Complete the application
Submit the application by March 14 at 11:59 p.m. Be sure to use the email address associated with your Premium+ Insiders account.
Step 4: Review your details and submit your application.
You may only submit the application one (1) time. Match selections and ticket quantities cannot be edited once submitted, so we encourage fans to thoroughly review their application before submitting.
Step 5: Monitor your inbox
If selected in the draw, you will receive a follow-up email with a link to purchase your tickets through Concierge Live. Selection does not guarantee tickets; your purchase must be completed within the window specified in the notification email.

When can I apply for tickets?
The application window opens on March 9, 2026, and will close on March 14, 2026 at 11:59pm ET.
How do I submit my application?
Eligible Insiders will receive an email on March 9 with a direct link to the application form. You must use the email address associated with your Insiders account when completing the application.
Please note: only one (1) application per Insider account is allowed.
Who is eligible to apply?
To participate in the draw, you must be a legal resident of the United States that is 18 years of age or older, and an eligible U.S. Soccer Insider. Eligible Insiders tiers include: Premium, Premium Family, VIP, Supporter Circle, Captains Circle, Keepers Circles, Coaches Circle, and Presidents Circles.
When and how will I be notified if I am selected in the draw?
Selected applicants will be notified via email in late March and will receive a purchase link to Concierge Live, U.S. Soccer’s ticket fulfillment platform. This link will be active for you to complete your order for a specified amount of time. Failure to complete your purchase within the specified window will result in forfeiture of your right to purchase those tickets. Selection in the draw does not guarantee receipt of tickets.
Can I edit or cancel my application once I have already submitted?
Match selections and ticket quantities cannot be edited once submitted, so we encourage fans to thoroughly review their application before submitting. If you wish to cancel your application all together, please email insidersupport@ussoccer.org before March 14.
What happens if I upgrade my membership after submitting?
If you upgrade your membership tier before the close of the application window (March 14 at 11:59 pm ET), your entry will automatically update to reflect your new tier and corresponding number of entries.
What happens if I sign up for an eligible tier during the application period?
Once you upgrade, you will receive the ticket draw application form in an email from U.S. Soccer within 24 hours.
When is the deadline to upgrade my Insiders tier?
Your Insiders tier and tenure as of March 14 at 11:59 pm ET are what will be recognized for the draw. If you believe your account details are incorrect, you must submit an inquiry to U.S. Soccer before the March 14 deadline.
Ticket Availability and Allotment
Which matches are included in the draw?
Select matches are available in Group Stage, Round of 32, Round of 16, Quarter Final, Semi Final, and the Final Game.
Are the matches available only played in the United States?
Yes, all matches available will take place is various stadiums across the United States. Matches in Canada or Mexico are not available through this ticket draw.
How many tickets can I request?
Insiders may select either two (2) or four (4) tickets for their desired matches. Please note: Per FIFA regulations, an individual may not exceed four (4) tickets per match and forty (40) tickets total across all purchase channels.
Am I guaranteed tickets if I apply?
No. Tickets will be distributed via a weighted random draw system. Submission of an application does NOT guarantee the ability to purchase.
Is there a limit on the amount of matches I request tickets for?
You can choose to request tickets to as many matches as desired on the form during the application process.
Can I request ADA accommodations?
If you require special accommodations for your application, please email ticketing@ussoccer.org. , While we will forward your request to FIFA, U.S. Soccer is not responsible for FIFA’s accommodation decisions and makes no representation regarding the availability or approval of accommodations. All ADA accommodation approvals are ultimately at FIFA’s discretion.

Does applying for more matches affect my odds for any individual match?
No. Each match draw is conducted independently, so applying for multiple matches does not affect your chances for any single match.
Pricing & Ticket Fulfillment
How much will tickets cost?
All ticket prices are exclusively determined and controlled by FIFA. Ticket prices for each match are quoted on an all-in basis and already include applicable ticketing fees and charges.
Ticket Categories and Seating
What ticket categories are available?
You may select from Category 1, 2, or 3. Note that you may only select one category per match.
Can I choose my specific seat or section?
No. Exact seat locations cannot be selected at the time of application. Seats are assigned within your chosen category at the time of ticketing closer to the match.
Ticket Fulfillment & Post Draw
How will tickets be delivered?
Tickets will be delivered as mobile tickets through FIFA’s official ticketing app. All fans must download the app to access and manage their tickets if selected.
Are tickets transferable / able to be resold?
Once winners receive their tickets, tickets can be transferred or resold on FIFA’s official resale platform.
