U.S. Soccer Fan Code of Conduct
Stop by Fan HQ to play some games, grab free merch, and hang out with U.S. Soccer and our partners before the match starting at 5:00 PM!
Bobbleheads will be distributed at the following gates:
- Lou Fusz Gate
- Enterprise Gate
- Moneta Premium Entrance
- West Gates
Bag Policy
To expedite entry into Energizer Park, we strongly encourage fans not to bring bags to the stadium. If you must bring a bag to the stadium, please see the important information below.
Clear bags smaller than 14” by 14” by 6” will be allowed into Energizer Park.
Wallets/clutches under 5” x 7” x 2” that are not clear will be permitted and will be subject to inspection.
Other bag types that will NOT be allowed at Energizer Park include: coolers, luggage, large purses, non-clear bags over 5” x 7” x 2” or other similar bags that exceed the size restriction.
Guests with medical conditions and diaper bags will be granted a bag exemption on a case-by-case basis.
Prohibited Items
- Any bags larger than the approved 14” x 14” x 6” and non-clear bags larger than 5” x 7” x 2”.
- Weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons and firearms
- Fireworks of any kind including, but not limited to, flares, smoke bombs, incendiary devices and pyrotechnics
- Illegal drugs or harmful chemicals
- Any missile or object that can be used as a projectile
- Unopened or empty bottles and cups
- Outside food and beverage
- Metal, plastic, glass, or aluminum containers of any kind
- Flag poles of any kind (metal, plastic, or wooden)
- Seat cushions, folding and/or standalone chairs
- Aerosol cans or pressurized containers
- Professional camera equipment including, but not limited to, tripods, battery packs, large commercial video cameras with detachable lenses
- Noisemakers including, but not limited to, whistles, vuvuzelas, horns, bells, thundersticks, etc.
- Laser pointers
- Remote controlled aircraft or unmanned aircraft systems (drones)
- Recreational devices including, but not limited to, rollerblades, skateboards, hoverboards, etc.
- Selfie sticks
- Beach balls, balloons or other inflatable items excluding balls purchased from CITY Team Store(s) on matchday with proof of purchase
- Umbrellas
- Confetti and streamers
- Animals (excluding service animals)
- Any flag/banner/sign larger than 3' x 5'
- Coolers
Any other items deemed to be inappropriate and/or dangerous by the Energizer Park associates

SUGGESTED PARKING LOCATIONS

- CITY Parking Garage, located at 1950 Olive Street, is available for limited drive-up parking. Entry on Olive, east of N 20th. Fees apply.
- St. Louis Parking is offering parking passes for lots Northwest, Southwest and Southeast of Energizer Park. Passes are linked for each lot in the District Map.
- Union Station will be offering parking at its West and South lots. Reservations are not available at this time. We recommend fans arrive before the gates open to secure a parking spot.
RIDE SHARE DROP OFF LOCATION
Locust between 20th and 21st Street
All of our tickets are digital and available through Ticketmaster. There is a Box Office located outside of the gates next to the Lou Fusz Gate for resolving issues, but no tickets are sold on site.
Fans can access, transfer and manage tickets by logging in to the U.S. Soccer Account Manager.
U.S. Soccer Fan Code of Conduct
Our fans must comply with the U.S. Soccer Fan Code of Conduct, including the prohibition on discriminatory chants. Please find more information on the Fan Code of Conduct.
Failure to comply could result in ejections and/or pausing, suspending or concluding the match, in which case there will be no refunds.
Code of Conduct for Guests
The following conduct is prohibited in the Stadium and all parking lots, facilities and areas controlled by the Club or MLS:
- Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, threatening or violent in nature, including verbal or physical harassment of match officials, players, staff or fans.
- Conduct that is illegal.
- Conduct that results in damage to the venue or other personal property.
- Displaying signs, symbols, images, using language or making gestures that are threatening, abusive, or discriminatory, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability, and/or sexual orientation.
- Displaying signs, symbols or images for commercial purposes or for electioneering, campaigning or advocating for or against any candidate, political party, legislative issue, or government action.
- Entering or attempting to enter the field, the field track, the tunnel or any other location other than that permitted by the fan’s ticket or credential.
- Possession of an unauthorized pyrotechnic device, smoke or firework or other Prohibited Items. Throwing objects of any kind, including streamers.
- Failing to follow requests from venue staff regarding stadium operations, policies and emergency response procedures.
- Declining to promptly return a ball that enters the stands.
- Irresponsible use or consumption of alcohol or other substances.
- Making unauthorized transmissions or play-by-play accounts of the match.
- Any behavior that otherwise targets other fans or interferes with other fans’ enjoyment of the game.
