Building an effective organization with established infrastructure, both digital and physical, will enable us to advance the capabilities of millions of players, coaches, referees and soccer communities.

To drive best-in-class talent to U.S. Soccer, we will continue to ensure our organizational culture is guided by a spirit of inclusivity.

Finally, we are putting in place a new approach to strategic and financial planning to ensure that U.S. Soccer is financially stable and is able to prioritize and fund key initiatives that support our strategy.

While we work diligently with our membership and stakeholders over the next several months and into the 2024 Annual General Meeting on long-term planning, we are accelerating select initiatives to drive immediate impact against our strategic pillars. We will provide updates in the months ahead regarding the progress of these accelerated initiatives and will keep our community informed of additional progress made in advancing our strategic pillars.

Soccer in the U.S. will grow and improve due to the efforts of the collective ecosystem. U.S. Soccer is investing in our relationships with stakeholders, centered on principles of proactive outreach, partnership building, information sharing and customer service, all to help collectively drive the best outcomes possible for all our stakeholders. We will have a specific emphasis on sharing our members’ best practices with the broader ecosystem as we convene to solve our greatest challenges together.
