ABOUT THE CONTRIBUTOR
Justin Morrow is a former MLS Cup champion, U.S. Men’s National Team player, and award-winning humanitarian. He co-founded and served as the first executive director of Black Players for Change, helping reduce racial incidents and build equity initiatives across Major League Soccer. He now serves as Head of Sports Partnerships & Programs at the USC Race & Equity Center, where he leads strategy, education, and leadership development initiatives that advance diversity, equity, and inclusion in sports.
