Sage Steele and Abby Wambach Headline Opening of U.S. Soccer’s 2021 Shebelieves Summit, Presented by Deloitte, Which Includes Various High-powered Women Across Sports, Entertainment and Fortune 500 Companies

WNBA Commissioner Cathy Engelbert, NWSL Commissioner Lisa Baird, USWNT Defender Tierna Davidson and More to Speak at an Event Aimed at Empowering Women Through Soccer

CHICAGO (Feb. 3, 2021) – ESPN SportsCenter Anchor Sage Steele and former U.S. Women’s National Team and National Soccer Hall of Fame Inductee Abby Wambach will headline U.S. Soccer’s 2021 SheBelieves Summit, presented by Deloitte, with an opening discussion focused on inspiring and empowering women to reach their goals.

 

The opening session kicks off a series of panel discussions featuring a packed list of inspirational and high-powered women who will share valuable insight and experiences driving progress in sports, business, technology and entertainment during the two-day summit on Feb. 11 and 12 that will take place virtually this year due to the pandemic.

 

Designed to build confidence and skills for attendees to pursue their goals, college students and young professionals interested in attending can preview the schedule and sign up for the waitlist through the SheBelieves Hub on ussoccer.com.
