So nice we had to tell you twice! Premium+ Insiders are invited to kick off matchday at the Insiders Lounge delivered by American Airlines, located at Sciplay Sports Bar. Open from 6:00-7:30 p.m., this exclusive pre-match space features all-inclusive food and beverages, a custom giveaway, and a special meet & greet with USMNT legends Landon Donovan & José Torres. Relax, recharge, and connect with fellow Insiders before heading into the stadium to cheer on the U.S. Men’s National Team!
Q2 Stadium prohibits all bags, backpacks, and other carriers being brought in the stadium.
Exemptions will be considered for the following, after required security screenings:
- Clutch size purses/bags equal to or smaller than the size of your hand (approximately 8"x5"x1")
- Medical bags
- Childcare bags (e.g., diaper bags) when guests are accompanied by a child
- Cultural bags
Bag Check Lockers are available to rent, on a first-come, first-serve basis and are located on the exterior of the stadium, at the SciPlay Gate (Northwest) and Southwest Gates. Lockers will open 45 minutes prior to gates and remain open for one hour after the conclusion of the event. If personal items are left in the lockers following the event, guests can follow up via email to GuestServices@AustinFC.com and reference the Lost and Found policy within this guide. Bag check lockers are owned and operated by a third party. Q2 Stadium is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
The following items are prohibited at Q2 Stadium. These are subject to change based on the event type and at the discretion of Q2 Stadium Management.
- Aerosol cans
- Alcohol
- Animals (except for service dogs)
- Bags (except for childcare, cultural, medical, and those smaller than 8”x5”x1”, approx. size of an adult hand or a woman’s clutch purse)
- Balls, unless purchased during the event at a merchandise location (deflated)
- Balloons
- Cameras with professional and/or removable lenses
- Clothing containing offensive, inciting, or foul language or depictions
- Clothing containing wires, batteries, or other electronic components
- Confetti
- Drums and drumsticks, unless coordinated with Q2 Stadium Management
- Flags larger than 3’x5’, unless coordinated with Q2 Stadium Management
- Flag poles unless hollow PVC pipe without end caps and should not exceed 5’ in length
- Fireworks or other explosives of any kind including, but not limited to, flares, smoke bombs, incendiary devices, and pyrotechnics
- Frisbees
- Glass bottles or cans
- Illegal drugs
- Inflatable objects
- Laptops, tablets, computers, and/or other large electronic devices
- Laser Pointers
- Marketing collaterals such as pamphlets, fliers, product samples, etc. unless approved by Q2 Stadium Management
- Musical instruments unless coordinated with Q2 Stadium Management and a part of the Supporters Section
- Noisemakers including, but not limited to air horns, megaphones, vuvuzelas, whistles, etc.
- Outside food and beverage of any kind*
- Reusable drink vessels larger than 30 ounces
- Signs, banners, or flags displaying symbols, images, using language or making gestures that are threatening, abusive, or discriminatory, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, ability, and/or sexual orientation are prohibited
- Signs, symbols, or images displayed for commercial purposes or for electioneering, campaigning, or advocating for or against any candidate, political party, legislative issues, or government action is prohibited
- Skateboards, roller skates, skates, hoverboards, scooters, etc.
- Stickers, decals, or other items with adhesives
- Streamers, confetti, and register tape
- Seatback or seat cushions
- Use of tobacco products and associated paraphernalia including but not limited to, lighters, vaporizers, vaporizer cartridges, etc.
- Tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks
- Unmanned and remote-controlled aircraft systems (Drones)
- Water bladders
- Weapons of any kind or item deemed dangerous by Q2 Stadium Management
- 2-Way radio devices
*Exceptions will be made for those with medical conditions and/or special needs.
Fans are highly encouraged to pre-purchase parking. Q2 Stadium parking passes for both on-site lots and off-site lots are available at Q2 Stadium Parking Passes | SeatGeek. All transactions are cashless.
Mobile Parking Pass
All parking passes for Q2 Stadium are mobile. Please have it ready as you approach the lot to ensure quick entry.

Tailgating
Tailgating is not permitted on Q2 Stadium owned and operated lots (North Lot, East Lot, and Southwest Lot).
Activations, beer/wine sales, and food options can be found outside of Q2 Stadium in the H-E-B Plaza and Calle Norte.
Depending on how you purchased tickets, they will be accessible on Ticketmaster.com or U.S. Soccer Account Manager. You are also able to view and manage your tickets on the Official U.S. Soccer App.
Please note – U.S. Soccer is not responsible for ticket purchases, printing tickets, or resolving issues for any tickets purchased from a third party/broker/scalper.
U.S. Soccer Fans have a right to a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience, and U.S. Soccer is committed to keeping its games safe and comfortable for all fans. All Fans are expected to abide by this Fan Code of Conduct in addition to all stadium rules. Fans are responsible for reviewing both before arriving at the stadium The U.S. Soccer Federation has a zero-tolerance policy relating to harassment or discrimination on or off the field. This includes, but is not limited to, language, actions, or demonstrations based on an individual or group’s:
Race
Religion
Sexual Orientation
National Origin
Gender
Political Views
Disability
Age
Fans are expected to:
Sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested. Not stand in aisles or obstruct others from viewing the game.
Cheer, sing, and otherwise support their team while remaining respectful and courteous to all players, referees, and other fans, including the opposing team.
Promptly return a ball that enters the stands.
Consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner.
Follow directions from venue staff regarding stadium policies and emergency procedures
Display good sportsmanship.
Prohibited actions at U.S. Soccer matches include, but are not limited to the following:
Fighting or physical violence of any type
Threatening, bullying, harassing or abusive behavior directed at other fans, players, officials, or staff members
Racial, sexual, xenophobic, sexist, obscene, abusive, and/or homophobic language (including on signs or visible representations), chants, or gestures or conduct
Causing damage to property
Indecent exposure or the wearing of obscene or indecent clothing.
Entering the field of play or throwing any items onto the field of play
Possession or use of any illegal substance
Selling food, beverages, promotional items, or merchandise of any kind
Match manipulation
Prohibited Items at U.S. Soccer matches include, but are not limited to the following:
Commercial or political messaging, including signage and apparel
Banners or any other item that could obstruct the view of other fans
Weapons of any kind
Pyrotechnic devices, smoke, fireworks, sparklers, etc.
Outside food or beverage
ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THE PROHIBITED ITEMS LIST ARE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF U.S. SOCCER AND MUST BE APPROVED IN ADVANCE.
Fans are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to any U.S. Soccer Staff Member or Stadium worker. Fans who choose not to adhere to these provisions may be subject to ejection without refund and revocation of future ticket privileges.
