All bags must comply with the clear bag policy. Permitted bags include clear plastic/vinyl/PVC bags up to 12" x 6" x 12",and small clutch bags up to 4.5" x 6.5". Medical items require pre-approval. Diapers/wipes allowed in clear bags
Guests should expect searches of their belongings upon entry. Exemptions include:
- Clutch purses/bags (4.5"x6.5" max).
- Medically necessary items (approval required).
The following items may not be brought into the Chase Stadium:
- Aerosols or pressurised containers.
- Animals (except service animals trained to assist).
- Bags or purses exceeding 12″ × 6″ × 12″ (or non-clear bags/purses larger than 4.5″ × 6.5″) outside of approved size.
- Banners, signs or flags larger than 2′ × 3′, or with poles/sticks.
- Cameras with detachable lenses or lenses longer than 6″; camcorders, GoPros, monopods, tripods, selfie-sticks.
- Confetti, streamers, tape, etc (unless pre-approved).
- Coolers, outside food and beverage, cans, bottles, flasks.
- Drones or other unmanned aerial devices.
- Fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, incendiary devices, pyrotechnics.
- Illegal drugs or harmful chemicals.
- Laptops, iPads, tablets or other large electronic devices (unless media approved).
- Laser pointers.
- Noisemaking devices such as whistles, horns, bells, vuvuzelas, megaphones (unless pre-approved).
- Projectile items (inflated soccer or beach balls) or any object that can be thrown.
- Scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, bikes.
- Smoking, including electronic cigarettes/vaping.
- Strollers or infant carriers (for certain events) may be prohibited.
- Umbrellas
- Weapons: guns, knives, explosives (including toy/replica), pepper spray, mace, tasers.

- Chase Stadium “Reserved” Yellow parking lot is accessible ONLY from the North via Cypress Creek Blvd and NW 10th Terrace entrance. (Note: Commercial Avenue & NW 12th Avenue is closed). The reserved parking lot is the closest match parking to Chase Stadium.
- As you travel South toward the stadium, please have your digital parking pass open and visible to traffic personnel for seamless traffic flow towards the parking entrance. Follow the parking attendants directions for navigation through the lot.
- Be certain that the digital “Reserved” Yellow Lot parking pass to be shown to traffic personnel has the QR code showing and is Yellow in color. (Email confirmation is NOT accepted)
- License plate enforcement will be used and strictly enforced. Violators will be ticketed and/or towed.

YELLOW LOT OVERFLOW (Event Day parking only)
- Purchase Parking Pass
- Chase Stadium has additional overflow parking lots accessible from East or West on Commercial Blvd. and NW 21st Avenue. Follow NW 21st Avenue North and turn right on South Perimeter Road to the parking lot entrance. License plate enforcement will be used and strictly enforced. Violators will be ticketed and/or towed.
- There is also a lot located on 1110 W Commercial Blvd and accessible from the East or West on Commercial Blvd. and south on 15th Avenue. The alternative entrance is South on Secondary south on 21st and East on NW 49th.
- Overflow lots will open as other lots become unavailable. Arrive early to ensure the closest available parking space.
AUDI BLUE LOT (RESERVED - Pre-Purchased passes only)
- Chase Stadium's Audi Blue Lot is accessible from the suggested route from the South Side of the Stadium through (Commercial Blvd. and NW 15th Avenue).
- South Entry (ONLY AVAILABLE IF COMING EAST ON COMMERCIAL) - As you travel West on Commercial Blvd to NW 15th Avenue toward the stadium, have your digital parking pass open and visible to traffic personnel for seamless access to NW 15th Avenue. Follow NW 15th Ave North to parking lot entrance on NW 55th Street and follow the parking attendants directions for navigation through the lot. Please note that ONLY right turns will be allowed onto NW 15th Avenue from Commercial Boulevard traveling Westbound.
- You will be asked to show your pass several times along the route until you park.
- North Entry - From the East or West on Cypress Creek Blvd, turn South onto NW 10th Avenue at the stoplight. As you travel toward the stadium, please have your digital parking pass open and visible to traffic personnel and move to the far RIGHT lane. Turn right at NW 55th Street (just past the S curve in road) and follow the parking attendants directions for navigation through the lot.
- Navigate to BLUE Lot
GREEN LOT (RESERVED - Pre-Purchased passes only)Chase Stadium “Reserved” Green parking lot is accessible from the suggested route from the North Side (Cypress Creek Blvd and NW 10th Avenue)
- North Entry (Suggested) - From the East or West on Cypress Creek Blvd, turn South onto NW 10th Avenue at the stoplight. As you travel toward the stadium, please have your digital parking pass open and visible to traffic personnel and move to the far RIGHT lane. Turn right at NW 55th Street (just past the S curve in road) and follow the parking attendants directions for navigation through the lot.
- You will be asked to show your pass several times along the route until you park.
- South Entry (ONLY AVAILABLE IF COMING EAST ON COMMERCIAL) - As you travel West on Commercial Blvd towards NW 15th Avenue toward the stadium, please have your digital parking pass open and visible to traffic personnel for seamless access to NW 15th Avenue. Follow NW 15th Ave North to parking lot entrance on NW 55th Street and follow the parking attendants directions for navigation through the lot. Please note that ONLY right turns will be allowed onto NW 15th Avenue from Commercial Boulevard traveling Westbound.

SHUTTLE INFORMATION
- There will be free shuttles running from the Yellow Lot (South of Commercial Blvd) that will drop you off at the Fan Zone at Chase Stadium.
Depending on how you purchased tickets, they will be accessible on Ticketmaster.com or U.S. Soccer Account Manager. You are also able to view and manage your tickets on the Official U.S. Soccer App.
Please note – U.S. Soccer is not responsible for ticket purchases, printing tickets, or resolving issues for any tickets purchased from a third party/broker/scalper.
U.S. Soccer Fans have a right to a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience, and U.S. Soccer is committed to keeping its games safe and comfortable for all fans. All Fans are expected to abide by this Fan Code of Conduct in addition to all stadium rules. Fans are responsible for reviewing both before arriving at the stadium The U.S. Soccer Federation has a zero-tolerance policy relating to harassment or discrimination on or off the field. This includes, but is not limited to, language, actions, or demonstrations based on an individual or group’s:
- Race
- Religion
- Sexual Orientation
- National Origin
- Gender
- Political Views
- Disability
- Age
Fans are expected to:
Sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested. Not stand in aisles or obstruct others from viewing the game.
Cheer, sing, and otherwise support their team while remaining respectful and courteous to all players, referees, and other fans, including the opposing team.
Promptly return a ball that enters the stands.
Consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner.
Follow directions from venue staff regarding stadium policies and emergency procedures
Display good sportsmanship.
Prohibited actions at U.S. Soccer matches include, but are not limited to the following:
Fighting or physical violence of any type
Threatening, bullying, harassing or abusive behavior directed at other fans, players, officials, or staff members
Racial, sexual, xenophobic, sexist, obscene, abusive, and/or homophobic language (including on signs or visible representations), chants, or gestures or conduct
Causing damage to property
Indecent exposure or the wearing of obscene or indecent clothing.
Entering the field of play or throwing any items onto the field of play
Possession or use of any illegal substance
Selling food, beverages, promotional items, or merchandise of any kind
Match manipulation
Prohibited Items at U.S. Soccer matches include, but are not limited to the following:
Commercial or political messaging, including signage and apparel
Banners or any other item that could obstruct the view of other fans
Weapons of any kind
Pyrotechnic devices, smoke, fireworks, sparklers, etc.
Outside food or beverage
ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THE PROHIBITED ITEMS LIST ARE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF U.S. SOCCER AND MUST BE APPROVED IN ADVANCE.
Fans are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to any U.S. Soccer Staff Member or Stadium worker. Fans who choose not to adhere to these provisions may be subject to ejection without refund and revocation of future ticket privileges.
