U.S. Under-19 WNT Will Travel to Frankfurt for Two Matches Against Germany
Roster Features 17 Collegiate Players and Two USL Super League Players; 17 players Born in 2007 and Two Born in 2008

ATLANTA (May 21, 2026) – The U.S. Under-19 Women’s National Team will travel to Frankfurt, Germany from May 31-June 10 for a training camp and two matches against the hosts.
The matches will take place on June 5 and 9 at the DFB Campus, Germany’s National Training Center in Frankfurt.
The roster features 17 college players and two players from the USL Women’s Super League in Ashlyn Puerta of Sporting JAX and Sealey Strawn of Dallas Trinity FC.
Strawn has a team-high five goals for Dallas Trinity FC this season, including a brace in the club's regular season finale this past Saturday against Fort Lauderdale United FC, while Puerta is tied for second most goals scored so far this season in the USL Super League with 12.
Five players on the roster have experience in FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup. Defender Pearl Cecil (Virginia) and forward Lauren Malsom (UNC) played in the 2025 FIFA Under-17 Women’s World Cup. Malsom scored three goals in the World Cup in group play, one against Ecuador and two against China PR.
Defenders Kiara Gilmore (Wisconsin), Jordyn Hardeman (Virginia) and Daya King (Duke) all played in the 2024 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup at which the USA finished third, its best finish since the inaugural FIFA U-17 WWC tournament in 2008.
The U.S. U-19 WNT has played five international matches this year – three in Portugal and two in Argentina – and has compiled a record of 4W-0L-1D.
Seventeen players on this roster were born in 2007, and two were born in 2008. Players born on or after Jan. 1, 2006, are age-eligible for the upcoming 2026 FIFA Women’s U-20 World Cup in Poland, meaning all 20 players in camp are training and playing for a shot at that tournament. U.S. U-19 WNT head coach Carrie Kveton will likely name one more player before departure for Europe, bringing the roster to 20 total players.
The camp and matches are part of the Federation’s continued focus on the U.S. Way philosophy, which emphasizes increased programming for Youth National Teams to create more opportunities for young players to advance through the pathway to the senior National Team with the goal of representing their country at a world championship.
