EPISODE 13: Tim Howard

In this week’s episode of The U.S. Soccer Podcast, Jordan Angeli and Charlie Davies welcome legendary U.S. Men’s National Team goalkeeper Tim Howard to the show.

Currently in the running for the title of “Most Interesting Man in Soccer”, Howard briefly retired last year and moved into management as part owner and Sporting Director for USL Championship side Memphis 901 FC. His time away from the field didn’t last long however, and Howard has also taken on a familiar role as the club’s starting goalkeeper this season. Howard discusses how he balances all three jobs and tells how he’s looking for the club to make on impact on the lives of the youth in Memphis:
